Our project focuses on the Kibale Chimpanzee Project, the Kibale Snare Removal Program, and the Kasiisi Project to address the benefits of long-term research on wildlife and community-based conservation. We are working collaboratively with the above research NGOs to develop a working model for understanding which conservation initiatives are most successful and sustainable. Come join us to see beautiful pictures of chimpanzees and Uganda while learning why conservation of species and local sustainability in the surrounding human populations is of utmost importance in Kibale National Park.
